The mass production of components using injection-moulding processes constitutes
one of Balda Medical's outstanding core skills. With high levels of process capacity
and precision, modern machines are used to produce injection-moulded components
which may then be assembled, finished and/or packaged at the customer's request
within an integrated process.

The injection-moulding methods employed include multi-component injection moulding,
foam injection moulding, film back injection moulding (IMD, IMF), injection embossing,
assembly injection moulding (insert and outsert), etc.

These established processes are prospectively assessed to ensure the continuous
reliability and functionality of the components and the equipment and systems made
with them.
