To live quality awareness each day while simultaneously monitoring costs is our
motivation. A motivation that is based on our employees' expert skills, and the
high levels of responsibility that they assume for themselves, and their work.
All of which leads to a valid internal acceptance and ultimately, to exceptionally
satisfied customers.
Quality assurance is divided into the areas of quality planning and control. Quality
planning already defines the necessary targets during the early phases of the pro-
ject. These are then monitored on the basis of quality control during the production
phase, to determine whether the targets have actually been met.
The measuring department, which operates as a profit centre and as such, also re-
ceives and processes orders independent of Balda Medical’s own customer projects,
provides professional measuring services and consulting, component analysis and
assessment.
