As part of this year’s Fleming Europe´s Annual Pharma Packaging & Labelling Compliance Conference in Rome, the Healthcare Compliance Packaging Council (HCPC) selected the Clyk Pill Dispenser, co-developed by Bayer Pharma AG and Balda Medical GmbH & Co, for its highly innovative packaging design.

At the recently held international trade fairs Pharmapack in Paris and MedTec in Stuttgart, Balda Medical GmbH & Co. KG introduced innovative pill dispenser systems which met with a big response.

With retroactive effect from 1 May 2011, Balda Medical GmbH & Co. KG (Balda Medical) was merged with the Balda Real Estate Company, owner and administrator of the Balda Technology Park at Balda Headquarters in Bad Oeynhausen, Germany. The merger was entered in the commercial register at the beginning of January 2012.

Due to new project orders for production of diagnostic and pharmaceutical consumables Balda Medical has recently enlarged its clean room capacity by 50 % to currently 2.500 square metres.
